Hiya IPOMers,

I am sure by now that you have heard the "good" but still sad news about the man, James. I myself have not taken it very well, but I hope that you all are doing ok, and those of you who can relate to the Hetfield family's situation in some way aren't getting too upset. Hang in there everyone, (especially YOU James, we're all pulling for you. Or as they say in Ebonics, "We got yer back" ;) Instead of a vibe list this month (cause it would be too fucking depressing...don't want anyone hurting themselves over it), I'm sharing a prayer I said the other night for James, almost word for word, which is a real feat when it's four in the morning and the anti-psychotics have kicked in, ya know. My religious beliefs usually require I be secretive about everything, but for this one time I say fuck that. Anyway, I'll shut up, here it is.

I call on the Great Spirit to share his love and protection with James Hetfield in his time of great need.

May the four directions envelop him and his family in their safety. May the East temper the West so that no great darkness may pass over his soul.

I call on Great Spirit to ease any fires burning within.

May gentle truths come with sleep and unthreatening dreams.

I call on the ancestors for the guidance, wisdom, love, and experience needed to make the right choices.

As a daughter of the Wolf Clan, I ask that Wolf Spirit provide James the instinct and intuition to make these decsions and choices that will serve him well in fighting his battles.

Lastly, I ask Great Spirit to bring peace and ease of the heart to all involved.
