College has been going quite well and I'm having fun/learning stuff. The air conditioning finished getting installed a day ago and it's fantastic. But of course now it's cold and windy outside...but it's alright, 'cause it's a new heater also, so we can use the heater without turning the house into smelling like a sea of dirt and dust on fire.

The only shitty thing that happened this month was my computer dying. The power supply fried and I'm not sure yet if I lost any data (sometimes when they die, they fry other stuff too). But as it turns out, I was planning to get a new one anyway, which I've already ordered and will arrive next week. I also ordered some music equipment stuff. I got an M-Audio ProKeys88 keyboard, ESP F-400FM guitar, Sennheiser HD280 headphones, and some recording stuff. The specs on the computer are: AMD Athlon64 3700+ (2.2ghz), 1gb ram (I'll upgrade to 2 later on), Seagate SATA 320gb hard drive x 3, Seagate 200gb external hard drive, GeForce 7600GS 512MB 128-bit video card, M-Audio 5.1 high def sound card, 500watt power supply, DVD burner, etc. So yeah, I'm excited and all the stuff should arrive in a few days on Halloween.

I saw Roger Waters at the Hollywood Bowl a few weeks ago. It was by far the best concert I have ever seen. EVER. Just simply incredible. And they played all my favorite songs (excluding High Hopes, but I knew they weren't going to play it anyway. I'll have to see David Gilmour in order to hear that one played live.) They played Dark Side of the Moon in its entirety, lots of The Wall, Wish You Were Here, etc. Great setlist, great sound, great stage presence, and I was stoned and drunk. Yeah...it ruled. Awesome awesome awesome awesome show. :D
