I can't believe it's half-way through February already! Time is just flying! It's been busy. A few weeks ago Josh and I were in San Diego for Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras). They had a parade and beads and all that stuff. There was a noticable lack of flashers, sadly. Other than that, it was a fantastic time. Following that I had the always-excellent SCALE conference. This year was no exception to SCALE's awesome track-record. I had so much fun. If you're even remotely interested in technical stuff, I suggest you check out Stormy Peters keynote on Open Source. If you're a linux user, I also suggest you check out Jono Bacon's keynote on the Linux Desktop. Videos and slides should be on the website soon. On another note, I'm still getting used to the fact I'll soon be moving to Zurich. I'm unbelievably excited and happy! But it takes a while, I think, to really sink in. I have a trip to San Jose and a trip to Santa Barbara both coming up, and even more trips after that! That's all I have for now. See ya next month! Phil |
