Technical Information

I (webmaster, Phil), have provided some technical information about ipom.com for those who may be interested.

THE CODE...
All HTML code on this site is typed out by hand by either myself or the other staff members. HTML Editors are not used on IPOM.com. The only code that isn't typed in our text editors, is code created by our scripts. All HTML, and content is copyrighted.

All CGI scripts are written in Perl 5, and typed from scratch, and by hand, by myself. I do not use the CGI library, all code is generated by me in WordPad. All scripts, and everything produced by our scripts are copyrighted.

UPDATE: (2/12/00) As of today PHP3 is also used on the site, but only on one page. We've also added two optional cookies for our message boards. I also recently added SQL to the mix with a new version of Lyric Theories backended with MySQL.

HOSTING, STATS, ETC.
We are hosted by Interland.net. Stats are often provided in our newsletter, and are available upon request. All IPOM Staff members have their own @ipom.com email addresses, and email accounts are administered by myself.
