Took the 'Tallica mobile down to chicago. They fucked up that show. Allstate arena. Had to meet Toby (turned out to be eric, but oh well) at will call at 4:45. The parking lots opened a few minutes before 5. Now isn't that fucked up? Anyway, after a quarter mile run with no jacket in the freezing fuckin cold, I got to work for the club again. We had a very small amount of flyers again (Toby said there was a reason for that, but didn't tell us why)... so, we were done handing them out VERY early... so I got to catch about half of Sevendust that night. I didn't really care for their show much. I also don't know their music well either. Kid Rock was great again... I got up in the first 3 or 4 rows in general admission. Then 'Tallica came on, and they put on an AWESOME show. I've been totally front row to 3 'Tallica shows so far (was at about row 1 1/2 for this one) and pretty close for some others, and I really have never seen them having so much fun themselves. They were so interactive, I was amazed, and I loved it. They did a small setlist change, which was cool, and the show, overall, was great. Post show I got to meet Jason again. VH1 taped the post show, so I might be on there. I tried to talk about IPOM, but they were busy, so no luck there. I worked with a guy named Dean, who was real cool, and I also met a guy there from Chile, and a couple there from England (the girl, by the way, was I think part of Chapter Inc... she knew who alex was... and she also comes to IPOM too, which was cool to hear). I drank like 2 Pepsi's before I even got ON the freeway, and went home and to bed. Tiring as shit, and 2 nights in a row. Chicago radio sucks in comparison to Lazer here in Milwaukee.
