The second night the concert was just as good as the first. I got to the venue about 6ish I think. I walked there with a disposable camera in each shoe. Motherfucker that hurt! The religious people were there again (forgot to mention them earlier...had some signs telling us we were gonna all burn in hell, etc. etc.). So I decided to go talk to one of them, ask them why they were there. In the middle of the conversation, someone with a camera and a small recording device shows up, and says he's with Metclub. I was too dumb to ask his name of course, but anyway, he asked us both a couple questions and took our picture. Then I went and got in line, cuz I wanted to get into the venue EARLY. Got in, with both cameras, got them out of my shoes, and took my seat. Didn't see anyone at this concert, really. I think I saw Jeff (Yeag) on the way out and was gonna stop by to say nice meeting him, but the people behind me got pissed when I tried to stop in the middle of the isle. Shit happens. Anyway, the concert itself. The Orchestra WAS louder the second night, but I didn't care. The music was the same, I could hear everything, and I was just sitting there with a big dumb smile on my face, loving every minute of it. After that, I went back to the hotel (after getting smokes again) and got some rest. I didn't get to go to the COTM meeting on friday, cuz my flight left in the middle of the day friday. I was gonna ask Jameson why they made the meeting late friday, instead of some other time, but I never did. Anyway, the flight back sucked complete ass. Bunch of fat stupid smelly businessmen, with me in the window seat, with my luggage in my LAP because they all had taken up all the overhead cargo area, and then it started to leak on me, and the flight attendants did nothing to help until I started to bitch, really loudly. Anyway, I got back, took out my newspaper reviews, cut them up and all, and put them all in my Met scrapbook. As for all the reviews...I was quite upset with some of what the reviews said. Not of the concerts themselves...I could care less what the people reviewing the concerts thought...good or bad, they didn't know jack shit about how great of a time I had...the problem I had was some of the people that were there. One of the reviews said that Francis Ford Coppola was there, and that he got up and walked out part of the way through the show. I think that's just the most disrespectful jackass piece of fucking shit thing to do, and that fucking dick can go jump in a cold fucking lake and drown. Cocksucker. And the businessmen in suits and other people there that you just KNEW did NOT come there for a Metallica concert...fuck those people...I am STILL mad at them. Those are just more people taking up seats that fans that were dying to go wound up getting screwed out of. That's my only bitch for these concerts...fucking cocks like that. Now that I'm done with my vulgar ranting, I hafta say, they were great. As every single metallica concert I've ever been to has been.
